General Terms and Conditions

  1. General provisions

1.1. After the Customer consents to them (the action of checking the box after reading these rules of purchase and sale of goods of the online shop https://greenhairshop.com is considered the consent), these rules of purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter referred to as the „Rules“) become a legally binding document for both parties, which define the rights and obligations of the Customer and the online shop (hereinafter referred to as the „Seller“), the terms of purchase of goods and payment for them, the liability of the parties, the procedure of delivery and return of goods and the other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods in the online shop https://greenhairshop.com
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to modify, amend and supplement these Rules. The changes carried out by the Seller are related to the requirements of the applicable legal acts and do not contradict the principles of common sense.
1.3. The below listed persons shall have the right to purchase in the Seller‘s online shop:
1.3.1. capable natural persons, i.e. persons who have reached the age of majority;
1.3.2. legal persons;
1.3.3. underage persons from 14 till 18 years of age, only having the consent of their parents or guardians, except the cases, where they dispose of their own income.

  1. The Customer‘s rights

2.1. The customers have the right to purchase goods in the Seller‘s online shop without violating these Rules.

  1. The Customer‘s obligations

3.1. The Customer undertakes to pay the Seller the price for the goods set out in the order sheet within the indicated term.
3.2. The Customer undertakes to accept the ordered goods. If the Customer does not accept the goods, he is obliged to compensate the Seller‘s losses related to the delivery of the item.
3.3 In case the Seller delivers goods to the wrong address due to the false information from the Customer, the Customer is obliged to compensate the Seller‘s losses.
3.4. By using the Seller‘s services the Customer consents to the Rules and is obliged to comply with them.
3.5. The Customer undertakes not to transfer his login data to any third parties. In case any third parties learn the Customer‘s login data, he is obliged to change his login data without delay and to inform the Seller on the fact of losing the login data via e-mail.

  1. Conclusion of the purchase and sale agreement

4.1. The purchase and sale agreement between the Customer and the Seller is concluded from the moment the Customer clicks on the button „TO BUY“, having selected the mode of payment.

  1. The Seller‘s rights

5.1. If the Customer attempts to impair the work and security of the online shop or violates his obligations, the Seller has the right to suspend the Customer‘s ability to use the online shop.
5.2. The Seller may temporarily or permanently terminate the operation of the online shop, without prior notice to the Customer.
5.3. Only after the Customer’s payment for the goods by bank transfer, the Seller starts to proceed the order.
5.4. The Seller has the right to change the terms of promotions or to cancel them, to distribute gift checks for advertising purposes without prior notice, also to stop their operation without prior notice.

  1. The Seller‘s obligations

6.1. The Seller undertakes to enable the Customer to use the Seller‘s services under the terms set in the online shop.
6.2. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Customer‘s data to any third parties and to respect the Customer‘s privacy.
6.3. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Customer to the address indicated by the Customer.
6.4. In case the Seller is not capable to deliver the ordered item to the Customer due to the important reasons, the Seller is obliged to notify the Customer about it within two working days from the day of acceptance of the order. The Seller is obliged to return the money to the Customer within 72 hours from the payment for the goods if the Customer has already paid for the goods.

  1. Prices of the goods and payment for the goods

7.1. In the online shop, the prices of the goods are indicated in euros including VAT.
7.2. In the online shop, the prices of the goods are indicated next to the goods and in the finally formed order sheet.
7.3. The Customer can pay for the goods only by bank transfer.

  1. Delivery of goods

8.1. When ordering goods, the Customer is obliged to indicate the exact address for the delivery of goods.
8.2. The Customer is obliged to accept the goods himself. If the Customer cannot accept the goods himself, but the goods were delivered to the address indicated by the Customer, the Customer shall not be able to make any claims on the delivery of goods to the improper person.
8.3. The Seller undertakes to deliver goods to the Customer in compliance with the terms – goods are delivered within 2-5 working days after the receipt of the Customer’s payment. The preparation of the parcel shall be started only after the receipt of the Customer‘s payment.
8.4. In case the goods are not delivered on time due to the Customer‘s fault, the Seller shall not bear any liability for the delivery of goods.

  1. Return and replacement of goods

9.1. The goods purchased at https://greenhairshop.com can be returned or replaced according to approved items’ return and replacement legislations of Minister’s of Economy 2001-06-29 Law No. 217.
9.2. In case the item can be returned in accordance with the legislations, it must be delivered to the Seller using courier services, unless agreed otherwise.
9.3. The Customer shall be able to exercise the right set out in Clause 9.2 of the Rules according to Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
9.4. The returned item must be in the undamaged original packaging, unused and not having lost its marketable appearance.
9.5. The Seller has the right not to accept goods returned by the Customer, if the Customer does not comply with the procedure of return of goods set out in this article.
9.6. The Customer has the right to return defective goods.
9.7. The Customer is obliged to inform on the defective item within 3 days to the e-mail indicated in the online shop section „Online shop assistant“.
9.8. In case the item is returned on the basis of Clause 9.2, the Customer is obliged to pay the costs of returning goods.
9.9. In case the item is returned on the basis of Clause 9.6, the Seller undertakes to compensate the costs of returning the item to the Customer using the courier services indicated by the Seller.
9.10. The Seller undertakes to transfer the money for the returned goods to the Customer‘s indicated personal bank account within 5 working days from the fact of returning of goods.

  1. Product quality guarantee

10.1. The Seller provides guarantee for respective groups of goods, which he indicates next to the description of properties of goods.
10.2. The Seller does not provide guarantee for respective groups of goods; in that case, the guarantee laid down by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and EU shall be applied.
10.3. The Seller shall not be liable for the fact that the color, form or other parameters of the goods in the online shop do not correspond to the actual size, form and color of the goods due to the properties of the monitor used by the Customer.

  1. Liability

11.1. The Seller shall not assume responsibility for malfunctions of services and operation, which might arise due to technical problems and other events, which cannot be controlled.
11.2. The Customer shall be held liable for the security of his user name and password, correctness and accuracy of data indicated in the registration form.
11.3. The Customer shall be liable for his actions performed using the online shop.
11.4. The Seller shall not be held liable if losses arise due to the fact that the Customer has not familiarized himself with these Rules although such possibility was provided.
11.5. In case of damage, the guilty party shall compensate direct losses to the other party.

  1. Ways of provision of information

12.1. The Seller shall send notifications to the Customer via e-mail indicated in the registration form.
12.2. The Customer shall send notifications to the Seller to the e-mail info@greenassalonas.lt indicated in the online shop section ‘Contacts’.

  1. Protection of intellectual property rights

13.1. All intellectual rights to the textual and graphic material in the online shop belong to the Seller.
13.2. It is forbidden to use or distribute the material available in the Shop without the written consent of the administrator of the Shop.

  1. Marketing and information

14.1. The Seller has the right to initiate promotions in the online shop at his sole discretion.
14.2. The Seller shall be entitled to change the terms of promotions, also to cancel them unilaterally, without prior notice. Any amendment or cancellation of the terms shall come into effect from the moment of its completion.
14.3. The Seller shall send all notices by the communication means indicated in the registration form by the Customer.
14.4. The Customer shall send all notices and questions to the phone and e-mail address indicated in the Seller‘s online shop section ‘Contacts’.
14.5. The Seller shall not be liable if the Customer does not receive information or confirmation notices due to the problems of internet connection or e-mail service networks.

  1. Final provisions

15.1. The rules of the purchase and sale of these goods have been concluded in compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania and EU.
15.1. All disputes arising in respect of the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved by negotiation. In case of failure to agree, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the procedures laid down by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and EU.
